CONTINUING EDUCATION PROGRAM COORDINATOR

UCC is recruiting for someone to coordinate continuing education, professional development, and industry certification trainings for residents and employers in order to support the local workforce. This position requires an individual who excels in finding the balance between the fine details and the big picture in their work. Excellent customer service is must. As a Continuing Education Program Coordinator , your position will require you to focus on meeting the continuing education, professional development, and short-term training needs of individuals, employers, and the industry. You will utilize your personal knowledge, education, experience by; assessing needs, developing new courses, managing courses for cost recovery, recruiting instructors, and evaluating for quality, and satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS
Required

  • Associates degree in Education or related field.
  • Experience coordinating or supporting classes, trainings, or events,
  • Possess a valid Oregon driver's license, provide own transportation and be willing to travel within UCC service district.
